- We allocate generous amounts of disk storage space for your use. Each POP account can consume a maximum of 20 MB of storage space. Recent mail is stored within the 20 MB of space. When you download your messages using your mail software (such as Microsoft Outlook) your software would normally delete the messages from the server and in doing that it would free up space for new messages.
- We also provide an additional 4 MB of space for your WebMail folders. Mail is kept in these folders in compressed format so you can fit approximately 16MB of plain text messages within the 4MB of folder space.

How does it work?

We register .com.au, .net.au and .org.au domain names through our own registration service. If you choose our Half Price Domain Name Registration offer, we will set up your web hosting account then email you all the details that you will need (including your inital costs) to get you to the stage where you can upload your website . You then proceed to our domain name registration page where you complete the registration form . Once payment for the hosting setup and the first month's fees have been confirmed (The time this takes will vary depending on the method of payment you choose) your half price domain name will be registered and we will email you the details, including your account details, that you will need to logon to your Console to administer your domain name. It's that simple!!

As far as we can determine, we are the first web host in the world to offer hosting accounts which include cell phone enabled email accounts based on your own domain name, as well as our innovative "SMS Alerts" feature which enables you to be notified via SMS when important messages are delivered to any of your POP mailboxes.

Email-to-SMS

All accounts now come with email-to-SMS facilities. You can set up cell phone enabled email addresses like 12345678@you.com where 12345678 is your full international cell phone number and you.com is your website address. When people send an email message to that address, you will receive the first 160 characters of the message on your cell phone via SMS (Short Message Service).

Each SMS sent to your phone will cost you one SMS credit. We allocate three free SMS credits to each website we host, so you can trial the service without paying a cent. If you require further SMS credits then you can puchase them via our "Buy SMS Credits" page at CustomerHq -> Admin/Billing -> Buy SMS Credits. SMS Alerts for Urgent Messages

Make sure you know when important messages arrive. Once you have set up a cell phone-enabled email address, you can set your account to scan mail coming in to each of your POP accounts to see if it is important. If it is an important message, then you can choose to have an SMS sent to your cell phone so that you know the message has arrived. For example, you could use SMS Alerts to send you an SMS when messages from boss@somedomain.com arrive, or could use SMS Alerts to send you an SMS when an order arrives at one of your email addresses. With SMS Alerts, you get to decide which messages are important.

Again, each SMS sent to your phone will cost you one SMS credit.

WAP Pages Supported

WAP pages enable you to make your website available to people through their WAP-enabled cell phone. WAP pages are supported on our servers. Unlike web pages, WAP pages are written in WML rather than HTML.

To create a WAP version of your site you need to:

write WML code for each of your WAP decks (page sets)
name the deck file a .wml extension (e.g. mydeck.wml)
upload the deck to your site in ASCII transfer mode
view it via your WAP-enabled mobile phone, or a WAP emulator.

Using Customer HQ you can alter your shopping cart's appearance, tax, shipping and payment options, and even create your own customized buttons via the Button Wizard.

E-Commerce Suite comes with an easy-to-use Catalog Manager. The Catalog Manager enables you to add, edit and delete shopping cart items with ease. If you have an existing product catalog in spreadsheet format then it is also possible to export your existing shopping cart data into our Catalog Manager.

No need to worry about keeping track of all those online sales either, as it comes with a detailed Shopping Cart Statistics facility.

Also included with E-Commerce Suite is a Customer Database, and email facilities. This enables you to keep track of your customers' details, email up to 500 of your customers at once, and send customers an automatic confirmation email when orders are received.
